Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, poolside restaurant, techno gym and fitness center with yoga equipment, yoga/pilates studio, and meditation space. There’s also a spa that includes a sauna, as well as an on-site restaurant, dog run, and shared workspaces.
Newman said in an announcement, “We learned during the course of building Flow that the issues faced by tenants, lack of community and lack of connectivity, are actually the same challenges for owners. We are committed to advancing our vision and We are excited to offer a complete Flow experience for those looking for an enhanced experience for their permanent residence, built on a sense of community and belonging.”
