First, you need to create an account on payoneer.com. The link to your Payoneer account is available in the email that you receive after signing up for your Payoneer account. Once you have created your Payoneer account, you will be able to link it with your PayPal account and make payments directly from your Payoneer account.

To make payments, you will need to verify your Payoneer account. The verification process is free of charge and takes a few minutes. You will receive an email with the verification link once the process is complete.
How to Pay Your Payees From Your PayPal Account
Once you have verified your Payoneer account, you can start paying your payees from your PayPal account.
Log into your PayPal account, click on “Send Money” in the upper right corner of the screen and select “Payment Method”. Select “Link a payment method” from the list of payment methods and enter your email address in the field provided for this purpose (you can also choose to use another email address instead). Then click “Continue”. You will be directed to a page where you will have to provide some personal details about yourself: First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
Complete all these fields and then click on “Continue”. You will have to provide some details about your Payoneer account. You can also use your Payoneer account for verification. If you decide to use your Payoneer account for this purpose, select the “Pay with a linked PayPal account” option from the dropdown list and enter the email address associated with your Payoneer account. Then click “Continue”. You will be directed to a page where you will have to provide some personal details about yourself: First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Complete all these fields and then click on “Continue”.
Enter a message in the text box provided and then click on “Confirm”. The money will be transferred from your PayPal account to the bank account of your payee (the bank will contact you by email).
How To Make Payments From Your Bank Account
If you have a bank account, it’s easy to make payments with it. All you need is to transfer money directly into the bank account that is linked with your Payoneer account. Here’s how you can do it.
Log into your Payoneer account, click on “Send Money” in the upper right corner of the screen and select “Transfer Funds”.
Then click on the “Go to Bank” button and fill in the details of your bank account. Enter your bank account number, transfer amount (amount to be transferred) and bank name to complete the payment. Click on “Continue”. You will be directed to a page where you will have to provide some personal details about yourself: First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Complete all these fields and then click on “Continue”.

If you have a credit card linked with your Payoneer account, it’s easy to make payments with it. All you need is to enter the credit card details of your Payoneer account and then make a payment. Here’s how you can do it.
Log into your Payoneer account, click on “Send Money” in the upper right corner of the screen and select “Pay With Credit Card”. Then click on the “Go To Credit Card” button and fill in all the details about your credit card (card number, expiration date and security code). Enter a message in the text box provided, then click on “Confirm”. The money will be transferred from your PayPal account to the bank account of your payee (the bank will contact you by email).
